Court At Carroll: Completed August 2010
Court Carroll is a senior housing complex that has been fully transformed into a new look. This complex features one bedroom and one bath unit, in a very adaptable, cozy environment that allows our senior residents to have indpendence and freedom. Isn't this a great place to call home?
 
Maplewood Square: Completed October 2009
Maplewood Square is a 32 unit senior housing complex that serves individuals with the age of 55 and older. It was complete in October 2009 and provides one and two bedroom housing units. The units are spacious, energy efficient with a warm community environment with rents ranging from $318-$510.
  
Morehead Glen Apartments: Completed June 1995
Morehead Glen features 20 tax-credit units available to families and individuals with incomes at or below 45% Median Area Income.
Bridges Pointe Apartments: Completed November 2004
 
This project provides affordable supportive housing options to individuals with sickle cell disease. This house features 2 one-bedroom units and 3 three-bedroom units and is able to house up to eight residents. Supportive services are provided by Bridges Pointe Foundation, a voluntary non-profit organization whose mission is to empower young adults with sickle cell disease.
Commercial Properties:
1208 W. Chapel Hill Street: Completed March 2002
 
This building is currently home to DCLT and several small start-up businesses. The gut renovation of this landmark property helped stabilize the neighborhood commercial district along W. Chapel Hill Street.
Homeownership Projects
Pauli Murray Place: Completed December 2006
  
The Pauli Murray Place project consisted of six energy efficient homes built under DCLT's "Affordably Green" initiative. These homes feature solar hot water heaters, energy-star appliances, and solar tempering. All homes are SystemVision certified.
Gut Renovations
During its 20 year history, DCLT has completed over 75 gut renovations.
