Durham Community Land Trustees (DCLT) is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) corporation.  All contributions made to DCLT are tax exempt.

Contributions are a vital part of Durham Community Land Trustees' operational and project development support. Contributions can be made in a number of different ways, each adding to DCLT's ability to remain a viable nonprofit organization committed to creating affordable housing opportunities for low-and-moderate income people.

If possible, please relay information about the name of the stock transferred, the number of shares and the current price per share. Smith Barney will notify us of stock transfer, sell the stock and remit check to DCLT.

Real Estate Contributions

Durham Community Land Trustees happily accepts contributions of household appliances, equipment, building supplies, and tools. We do not accept contributions of food or clothing.
