In general, if you would like to rent a DCLT home, residents must meet 60% or less of Area Median Income (AMI) for rental housing ($30,840 or less for a single person) in Durham county.

Residents must have stable employment (2+ years) and meet credit and criminal history guidelines.

Durham residents who use Housing Choice (Section 8) Vouchers are most welcome.

We have a 12 month wait list for our rental units, but we DO call when a unit becomes available!  If you care to get on our wait list please submit a form online here.
