Donors, Volunteers, and Sponsors
DCLT teamed up with community residents and neighborhood groups to clean up yards, remove debris, and plant trees and shrubs on properties owned by DCLT, Durham’s community land trust and affordable housing developer for over 30 years. The event included 70 volunteers and improved 7 sites.
Our work is supported in large part by the City of Durham, Z Smith Reynolds Foundation, Enterprise Community Foundation, the Duke/Durham Partnership, the NC Community Development Initiative, and charitable contributions from a wide array of individuals and corporations who understand that DCLT is Durham’s solution for building, managing, and advocating for permanent affordable housing.
Special thanks to our Sustaining Donors who have contributed 10 Years or more!
You know who you are. Without you, DCLT would not be as strong as we are today.
We are always looking for justice-minded VOLUNTEERS & CIVIC GROUPS to plug into our work.
There are many other ways to get involved:
- Partner with DCLT, through a civic or neighborhood group, to help renovate or build a house
- Join a Committee
- Make an annual donation and become a Sustainer
- Make a planned Gift
Thanks to sponsorships from the following corporations that sustain DCLT over the years:
