Join the ‘DIG’ on Saturday, October 22nd from 9:00am to 1:00pm in recognition of NATIONAL MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY, a day dedicated to neighbors helping neighbors.  DCLT will host our 4th annual all volunteer event to improve the curb appeal of several DCLT properties.

Gather your friends, families, co-workers, and associates, or come by alone and meet someone new, to help us plant, mulch, prune, trim, and paint, and have a great time doing it.

This is DCLT’S premier annual volunteer opportunity. To register,

DCLT is seeking volunteers!

We are introducing a new volunteer program called “Adopt a Yard.” This is an opportunity for volunteers to provide periodic upkeep for a specific DCLT property. If you are interested in participating, please fill out the general volunteer form below.

If you are able to help us with the following:

  • Videography
  • Photography
  • Gardening
  • Painting
  • Carpentry

Our work is supported in large part by the City of Durham, Z Smith Reynolds Foundation, Enterprise Community Foundation, the Duke/Durham Partnership, the NC Community Development Initiative, and charitable contributions from a wide array of individuals and corporations who understand that DCLT is Durham’s solution for building, managing, and advocating for permanent affordable housing.

Special thanks to our Sustaining Donors who have contributed 10 Years or more!

You know who you are. Without you, DCLT would not be as strong as we are today.

We are always looking for justice-minded VOLUNTEERS & CIVIC GROUPS to plug into our work.
