DCLT provides single-family homes for over 250 adults and 125 youth in Durham! Here is a breakdown of our community impact:


97% of all DCLT units provide homes for individuals or families who are very low-income (earning below 60% of the Area Median Income), which is approximately $30,000 or under for a single individual in Durham.

DCLT paid close to $300,000 to small, local subcontractors in 2016, from builders and plumbers to window installers and architects!
