Reinvestment Partners is a HUD-certified housing counseling agency that offers foreclosure prevention, pre-purchase and rental counseling to resident in Durham.

The Community Empowerment Fund (CEF) cultivates opportunities, assets, and communities that support the alleviation of homelessness and poverty. They offer financial education, relationship-based support to homeless and near-homeless individuals, and matched savings accounts for DCLT homeowners.

CEF also manages a Community Resource Database. Oconnect.info is a consolidated community listing of services and resources offered by government and/or non-profit organizations locally. The database has been compiled through the efforts of organizations county-wide and is free and accessible to anyone online.
